Each item available on the site is meticulously designed and hand crafted over many days. Each product is checked and shipped after a thorough quality control procedure. Certain knots, or variations in thickness of thread, or colour of the dye is a result of the hand processes that go into the processing of the product. We consider it as a feature of it rather than a defect. Please be mindful of this before making your purchases.

We do not accept Cancellations or Returns once an order has been placed. The order can be exchanged with another item of the same value, IN CASE it has not been shipped yet. This can be done by writing to us at contact@peoli.in

Exceptions on exchange
