The products listed in the website are all Made in India. We are located in a  town at the foothills of Himalayas in Uttarakhand (India). Blessed with an abundance of natural resources, we are limited in terms of our connectivity with the world. We however are grateful to each of our valuable customers and do our best to serve you the best we can!

Order processing time

The pieces, which are in stock shall be sent in 1-2 days of the order, except for public holidays.

In case of any customization required it might take more time depending on the type of request. This shall be individually communicated to the customer on case-case basis.

Shipping options 

We are located in a remote region, which enables us to bring to you such wonderful crafts and products. Hence, this would require some co-operation from the customers while placing your orders.

Within India, we have two delivery options which you can choose at the time of checkout:

-Standard Delivery (6-7 days) by Indiapost

-Express Delivery (3 days) by DTDC

For our International buyers, we shall be sending through various shipping partners like DTDC, FedEx, DHL as per the service that is available in each country.

The charges for these will be based on weight and shall be calculated at the end of checkout process.

Returns, changes and cancellations

We do not accept Cancellations or Returns once an order has been placed. The order can be exchanged with another item of the same value, IN CASE it has not been shipped yet.
