NOTE:

Certain variations in the colour and texture of the product are due to the hand processes – a unique feature of the garments and not a defect.

Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. Natural dyes fade naturally as a part of the ageing of the garment.

A hand-sewn Madder-dyed wool jacket, lined with indigo dyed cotton.

The jacket is handwoven using hand-spun, natural dyed wool, and has a hand-knitted collar and pockets.

The body of the jacket is hand woven Merino wool fabric. The wool is lined with cotton fabric and soft merino is used to knit the collar and pockets.

The entire jacket is hand sewn - and is a celebration of the elaborate hand-skills of spinning, dyeing, weaving, knitting and embroidery.
